Quite large park, big enough for runs, pleasure walks or taking your pet out. There is a dedicated dog park divided for small and big dogs. Baseball and other sports fields with a generous parking lot close by. The nearby Downes Bowl Park is a beautiful natural area with lots of trails to explore.

Parking is a challenge as there are limited spaces.The trails are pretty average for hiking or short walks.Overall impressions?It’s a quiet area unless there is an event such as a school track and field event occurring.

Going south, slowing down for a school zone, a corner, and if you're not looking you'll miss the parking. Going North, pay attention to the crosswalk, and you'll drive right by slowing for the school zone.When you discover there is a parking lot, to the right there is seating, a roundabout parking with two huge fields on both sides of the parking. Bring your family to have a game of... it's that big.Good place to play frisbee with your best friend".I have been going to this place before it was a paved parking lot. The upgrades have improved the place. I still like to sit under the power lines."

This is a nice park. Very easy walk and there is a dog area for your puppers to run off leash. There are multiple trails some flat some have a small incline but easy for all levels. Some trails are suitable for wheelchairs. Dog area was well kept. The park could use more signage

Neat spot right in the middle of town. We started with just a simple walk around the sports field and suddenly discovered a well hidden ravine with amazing flora

Views are amazing. We enjoy the beautuiful, well kept trails here everyday. Great for walking and bike riding. There is a fog park there, otherwise animals are an a leash.

Jj phone is a great place to get a new phone or your phone serviced. Wonderful service if the clerks acknowledge you when you enter the store even if they are currently busy with a customer. Very rare to experience these days the way customer service rarely exist else where in Abbotsford these days . Thank you JJ for your friendly service

Beautiful. Seemingly the homeless people have left this beautiful area. Some trash left behind from old homeless camps. Evidence of needle use, but not on the main trail. Just dont go off the main trail. There are needles laying in some of the off trail areas. Junkies used to live here.

Trails everywhere, surrounding. Ball Park outfields are very rough, there are lots of uneven grounds, and are brown nearly year round. No watering and ground is like a rock. Dog parks I wouldn't do too many potholes.

So glad I found this hidden gem, right in the middle of town. Off leash area was really muddy and quite small but a walk out the back revealed a labyrinth of trails in and around the forested area. Some easy and flat but some are quite challenging too, up and down and through the ravine.
