Chatters Hair Salon

The first time I visited this location for a pedicure with my sister, we were booked for the last appointment of the day. My technician rushed through my pedicure, barely spoke to me, but my sister's technician took their time. We had booked the same service which should have taken about the same time. The technician who did my nails was packed up and gone way before my sister's pedicure was even done.The second time I booked a pedicure, a week in advance, at Chatters for myself and sister. I told them we didn't care who did the pedicure as long as we could do them together. The day of they called my sister about 4 hours before our appointment. They informed her that the technician couldn't make it in today and there was an opening at a different location for a different time. However, mine would still be at their location on Kelsey's at the original time we had booked. When I called they had nothing available and nothing for the following day. She stated they didn't know it was a side by side" but when booking I had stated a couple times we wanted to be together. We ended up cancelling both appointments which we had really been looking forward to.Very disappointed and will not book at this establishment again."

Do not go here and if you must then do not book online.I got the worst haircut that I have ever received. Pulling out hair and overall very rough with the clippers. They messed up the one specific thing that I asked for. The stylist was rushing so much and being so rough that they cut themselves. At the end of the cut they tried to brush off my face with a hairbrush. Then only after everything was finished did I find out that they changed my stylist and now were charging me an extra $10. Not only that but in my two visits have I never gotten the advertised hair wash. I wouldn't trust them with my hair, my money, or my comfort. I highly advise avoiding this place.

Amazing service here, the stylist (Dustin) made my fiance's hair look amazing, really feel like he cared and the value was phenomenal! It was our first time trying Chatters but it certainly won't be the last. If you're in the market for a new stylist, this should be your first stop

I got a haircut from Charmaine, and she was absolutely charming and friendly! The hair cut is cute and EXACTLY the length I wanted and my hair just looks and feels so much better. I would recommend her a thousand times over!!

I had My hair washed, cut & styled about 2 weeks. I Was really looking forward to having My hair done. I hadn't been to a salon in almost two years. The girl that did My hair barely spoke to Me during My appointment.. I felt like She wanted to be somewhere else. I got home & looked at the back of My hair it wasn't cut even at the back and there were still dead ends. I wanted to cry I had to put it up it looked so awful. I gave Her a good tip too. I guess I will have to go somewhere else and have My hair done again. I used to go to the Chatters in Barrie. I was always happy with My hair.Sincerely, Lisa Marot

Absolutely wonderful experience!!!Went there for a hair cut and it was soo worth it!! Julian cut my hair and she was amazing...she did a great job and and gave me exactly what I asked for!!!Definitely would recommend her and this place !!!

The hairstylist was 30 minutes late for the appointment. She did not acknowledge that she was late or apologize for being late. While the cut and style was done quickly and well, we will not be back.
