Very clean. Residents are very clean and treated with dignity. Wonderful staff. Full services from independent living through to long term and palliative care. Secure wing for those suffering from dementia and are at risk of wondering also.

First anniversary of my dear wife's entering care. I've found management and staff amazing and dedicated in attending to her needs. Fully realizing from experience that some days are more difficult than others for her.

The management is unprofessional and focuses only on money. It would be nice if they could answer questions instead of only being concerned with money. Makes you wonder about your loved ones safety.

This facility discriminates its employees. They don't properly train their employees and then turn around and fire them knowing they have a disability. Shame on them. And shame on the upper level management

My mother was treated with love , dignity and respect. Low staff turnover, and staff recieve specialized training in caring for people with dementia, which makes a big difference. There are always activities going on for the residents.... from games to concerts ,crafts to church services. I was very happy with the care my Mom recieved for the 2.5 yrs she was there.

Wonderful staff, but poor management. The reception staff and PSWs have been exceptionally caring. In recent months, my father's floor has become increasingly short staffed, and the few who are there most often seem overwhelmed and overworked. I'm not sure how management allows this to happen. Our family members and front line workers deserve better.

Excellent facility. Great staff; fabulous quality of care; clean facility; warm friendly environment. Low turn over of staff so they get to know the residence better compared to other nursing homes for maximum quality of care. I would rate this long term care home 5+++.
