The Sleep Factory

My mother and I have been on a mission to find new mattresses for a few weeks now. After visiting many different stores and trying about 100 different mattresses we were about to give up when we decided to stop at The Sleep Factory and try one last time. Thankfully we did because our sales associate Angelo was wonderful! He was super knowledgeable and had endless amounts of patience. He was not pushy at all and made this impossible task of finding the right mattress quite pleasant. He was personable and very fair with his prices. We both left there with a new mattress that should be arriving in a couple weeks. Cannot wait for my new mattress and a better nights sleep!!!

I recently purchased a mattress that I was unhappy with, there was nothing wrong with the bed it just did not suit what I was looking for. Angelo was very understanding and offered to help find me something more suitable. Staff is all very helpful, I highly recommend them.

On Sept 9th 2020 my friend and I purchased 2 mates beds with trundle and drawers. Not even 3 month later the front rail from the one bed snapped completely in half. When I spoke to the manager of the store he said he would call the manufacturer and see if they had stock. They didn't and the earliest they would be able to get new part would be Wendsday of the following week. When I told the manager by that time the whole bed would probably be apart due to stress put on the rest of the fame do to broken rail I was toldIf anything else was broken at this point it would not be covered under warranty as it would not be seen as a manufacturers defect.

Really great experience with the team at Sleep Factory. Knowledgeable, professional and were very understanding when we had to delay our order. On top of that when they installed it they helped us move some other furniture as well. They stayed for dinner! Highly recommend

Great location with lots of selection, friendly and welcoming staff, decent deals and delivery was a breeze.

I went to sleep country in Whitby, where the staff were very pushy, and the mattresses quite expensive. I needed a mattress and box spring for a guest bedroom, that doesn’t get used very often, and was feeling pressured at Sleep Country. Sleep factory was my next stop. Very friendly owner welcomed us when we came in. He asked what we were looking for and showed us our options. From there he left us to try all the beds in our own good time. I finally picked one. With the purchase, comes a free set of sheets or a mattress cover. I needed a mattress cover, but they were out, so the owner gave me a more expensive one. The mattress was in stock, so they loaded it in my truck, and I was on my way! The bottom line is they have great customer service, great selection, and I will refer them to anyone looking for a mattress.
