We ordered a flower bouquet online for a friend. We first had had a couple of questions that got answered immediately. To make sure the bouquet gets delivered, the store called our friend in advance. I called this morning to have these flowers delivered to a hotel for my parents - it’s my moms birthday weekend away, and my dad wanted to surprise her. They were delivered and placed in their room so when they arrived for check in, they were already there. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very accommodating. And she created the most beautiful bouquet of flowers I have seen. The service and the quality are beyond amazing!

Great place! The florist makes adorable designs. I usually get succulents and they last for months! Their selection is also great and they're open to creating arrangements for pots you already own. They also add adorable decorations in their arrangements around holidays like Halloween, Christmas, and Easter.

Lavender & Lilacs Florist Store is in Coal Harbour and is lovely to walk INto. Standing inside to view the stores' flowers and gifts makes everything fell better. The prices are pretty high if you want a permanent item too (vase) rather then cut flowers in a bouquet.It is steps from the Hotel and the Owner is very nice and accommodating.There is no washroom for customers and they have regular 9-5 business hours.

The customer service here is extraordinary. I had flowers and a bottle of wine delivered for my partner’s birthday. They were extremely kind and arranged a gorgeous bouquet. I handled everything over the phone, and the process was so easy! If I ever need flowers in this town again, I’d certainly go with L&L first.

I ordered flowers from this florist online. Very smooth transaction. The flowers were lovely, very similar to what I had chosen on the website (I know that what you get is sometimes different due to availability of the flowers needed for a particular arrangement) and they were delivered on time. I would highly recommend this florist.

I ordered the Hawaiian Floral arrangement - premium for my best friends birthday. I called morning of for same day delivery and they went above and beyond to fill the order. The shop owner called her flower supplier who was at the market to pick up some birds of paradise so she could fill the order. My girl friend said it was literally the most beautiful flower arrangement she had ever seen and has been enjoying every day since.Thank you Lavender & Lilacs!
