We had Rowe's Appliance come out to look at a seven year old gas stove in which the convection oven had stopped working. Paid $100 to be told part would be difficult to get and never heard back from them. Called Brian who came to the house, worked to diagnose the problem, got the part and had it working again in a short time. Well done Brian. Great work at a reasonable price.
