Amazing customer service!! Came to buy a midi controller and really got some good feedback regarding dropping latency, where to find more plug-ins, and more! Highly recommend this location if you're in the area!

I am very pleased with your excellent work, and time taken so that it would be done to the best of your ability. I am very pleased with the way it looks. It is beyond my expectation!! Thank You so much.And to top it all, the manager said, NO CHARGE. Now that is over the top customer service. Thank you also.Anyone looking to find a music store that has friendly and a helpful staff, Long & McQuade is the place you want to choose. They come highly recommended by me. Great customer service, prices are pretty decent and the layout of the store is perfect for finding the items you need. One thing that bugged me was the fact that whenever I wanted an answer for something I wouldn’t get any help from the workers until 15 minutes past but it was worth the wait since I got had gotten a Fender amplifier that I was looking for. I would highly recommend going here if you are looking for a new instrument, peddle, drum kit, and more.

I will never forget my experience(s) here; I drove in from Thunder Bay to get a guitar setup- knowing I was from out of town they got it done in 2 hours! Unfortunately, it came back slightly damaged (stuff happens, and its a Taylor, so it was an easy fix), but they made up for it 10-fold, and I walked away happy. 2 weeks later, the guitar I bought had some unnoticed manufacturing flaws to it, so I convinced my wife to drive the 8 hours back, and Derek the Manager made up for it again. I'll never forget my experience here, and will always choose to go to this Henderson location on Winnipeg trips.
