Very friendly staff that will help you with whatever you are wanting to find out about booze in general. I found that if there is anything that you don't know, one of the employees will know! I like going to this location because the staff never changes very much. It's always been the same friendly or non friendly faces since I first moved to Kamloops (it's still nice to see the unhappy familiar faces as well people like familiar and liked to be remembered. They have a great selection of drinks as well and lots of them. Not a place likely to run out of your favorite beverage.

One wine I purchased, which I thought was ine sale, turned out not to be. Either the wine was misplaced (or mislabled). When I mentioned this to the staff, they were indiffernt to the problem.

Was in 10 minutes ago, had one of the rudest cashiers iv ever experienced. The cashier with short black hair and glasses need some guidance in customer service.Spent money here to get treating like I was dumb.Take your buisness to one of the awesome establishments just down the street.
