I have been going to this veterinary clinic for over 8yrs,spent a lot of money,had an emergency girl was rude and never wanted to give me an appointment between 2 patients,found another clinic more sympathetic

I was told that my dog would go peacefully. That was not what happened at all. He received the sedation shot; a few mins later started to have like a seizure, shaking mostly his head. I rushed out for help.meanwhile he puked up clear stuff" They tried to excuse this reaction for his age or wtv. (Not any concern in their face while I'm begging them to do something). They had no real explanation for why this happened. "They basically said that it's not normal" never an explanation tho!? I paid to see my dog leave this world like that??!! It was sad enough to have to do that and to be told it'll be peaceful and painless; and then have to go through that??? I'm traumatized! I need explanations

Its no longer my primary vet but does have availabilities when i need one ASAP. They sometimes dont understand fully what i mean or assume it isnt what i am saying is the issue

Good enough.In reply: the secretary was stressing and not understanding what I needed even what was I asking was straight forward. I do not to see a vet for every little thing.
