What a terrible cashier, played around with type of cigarettes when I told him the brand and king size.I asked for a ticket- they only had three of which one I wanted. You are to keep it stocked; the guy behind me was astonished. Cab driver asked me when got back in. Wow, that window; ok I get it, with all these bad people breaking in to stores. Very sad, geeze. This world my God.He had no smile no nothing.The worst experience I've had ever. Miss the old owner. God I didn't even get my itemized receipt. It's a job, a bit more professional.And again, on Jan.22-23rd a inexperienced lady at the window, for to ask forgot to ask 4, Would you like to play encore"?Geeish I had to buy another; with a cab running again.The car wash is by far the best part of this business! Probably the WORST experience I’ve ever had at a gas station. Not only was the attending lady rude as all hell I think she must be stupid as well. I tried getting some loonies and was just stared at like I’m speaking a different language. So I gave up and left. Never coming back and will make sure everyone knows not to come here. Would give -5 starts if I could.

This is a fantastic station! Staff are so friendly and helpful. One of them helped me to load the app so I could get my points again. People who are complaining about the window service have obviously never experienced a robbery or they would be more understanding! The staff here work their butts off for minimum wage keeping the store looking clean and inviting. It’s not easy to run a convenience store, gas station and a carwash all at the same time especially when you are alone at the store. Bathroom is always clean, and they will find a way to help you if you ask. If you go in yelling, you will get treated the way you treat them. Everyone should just stop yelling at cashiers anyway. They aren’t the ones deciding the prices and making the rules. Best Petro Canada I have been to.

My kids and I were excited when going through this touchless carwash. However result was not good, it left some small scratches at both side of my cars and some long thin scratches at the back bumper. However I've just found it out 15 mins later so I could not go back to complain them. Maybe touchless carwash is not for me.

went there to buy gas and get a car wash.pump would not print a receipt, had to go inside.car wash was closed.this car wash was closed several times this past winter when I had a season pass and wanted a car wash.always leaves a lot of water spots after a wash.I doubt they are using soft water.poorly run location.

Worst car wash experience I have ever had. Car was guided by the the guiding track still no water spray after foam. Car was dried with foam on top of it.

DO NOT BUY PETRO CANADA GIFT CARDS. THEY DO NOT HONOUR THEIR OWN CARDS !!! HEAD OFFICE CUSTOMER SERVICE KNOWS OF PROBLEM BUT DO NOTHING TO FIX IT

Went for a car wash, paid $20 for the superwash. At end, there was still soap on my car and the front passenger side still had dirt on it. I went in and told the cashier who told me my car was in the wrong position. There's a lane for the tire and it pulls the car through so not sure how that happened. Also told me he didn't know what to do since no one had complained before. He offered me a new superwash but I tried explaining that it isn't rinsing properly and that I didn't want all the soap and chemicals. He said he could only offer me a superwash and to try it. He said there was nothing else he could do. Completed the second car wash with same results so had to go a self serve car wash to rinse it.

Horrible experience at the car wash !My car was hit today by a car in front of me that was off the track damaging my licence plate ,The manager at first tried to blame saying that I was in drive ,but after seeing that this was not the case ,she still would not admit that it’s the gas station fault ,Extremely rude , refusing to take ownership for faulty car wash that caused damages to my my vehicleAlso, Coleen Stewart is the manager of that place and she is faking reviewing her own place with 5 star rating lol!Avoid this place at all cost !!I filed bbb complaint for the damages suffered to my car

I generally visit this location to redeem my points for a car wash. The staff is courteous and the car wash is reasonable quality. On occasions though, my wife has had issues getting her car to align with the car wash rail assembly (the thing you align your front left tire with). I also prefer the ones where you just drive in and move to park" position (like the one on Columbia St
