This place is a hidden gem in the city! The building staff are so friendly, welcoming and really make you feel like you are a family member! Apartments are so bright, spacious and dog friendly - our little pooch loves saying hi! :) couldn't recommend this place enough.

We have lived here for over 4 years. It is fantastic! Large units, great neighbours, very clean and fresh! Very social for seniors. Great caretakers who are very helpful. Very reasonably priced.

I am delighted by the sense of community I get from the building managers and our neighbours. Management has put in a ton of effort to establish themselves as trustworthy and hard working, and my dog is getting SO fat from all the treats they give her! Unsure of what previous commenters mean about the parking garage being dark, as I feel so safe behind our locked doors. One of the lowest rents in the city, which is nuts considering we have underground parking, a storage unit, and in unit laundry. Very happy to be raising our little one here!

We have been at GreenPark Suites since July 2021 and the team have been so accommodating and helpful.The building feels like a community, the managers are prompt to assist their tenants and the building is so clean! It is not uncommon to see Kevin and Joanne constantly cleaning or putting out salt so residents don’t slip during this winter season

Management is amazing, building is always clean. Joanne and Kevin go above and beyond as property managers. I highly recommend moving here when units are available you won’t be disappointed.

This apartment is great. We've been here for 2 years and it doesn't disappoint. The office manager goes above and beyond to be helpful, solve any issues and she's always pleasant. Very happy we found this apartment.

I've lived here for a number of years. The building has recently hired new management who are very friendly and professional, the building renovations are much needed and looking great, also the cleanliness is better. All in all, I'm happy to have my family here.

We have lived here for a number of years without issue. Any concerns that arise are dealt with immediately and with empathy and understanding. The whole team of staff working together is what makes this place run smooth. It’s nice to know as our own family is growing that we are surrounded by those who treat us as family and care about our well-being. We hope to live her for many years to come.
