The team at Pure AV were a pleasure to work with. From setup to tear down, everything was handled with a high degree of expertise and professionlism. I'd like to call out the engineer Lukas specifically for going beyond expectations to ensure our event went as smooth as possible. We will use Pure AV again when the need for arises again!

PureAV was 1 of 4 quotes we reached out to as part of our corporate policy. Max was quick to reply, setting up a meeting to understand the request fully and promptly getting back to me. Max automatically set up a demo, no other company did this. They also provide the most reasonable quote for video creative. We were extremely happy with their promptness, professionalism, their level of project detail and clear direction to ensure we had everything we needed for the tradeshow. Even when the laptop stopped working on show time, 1 call and we had someone out fixing it. Very responsive and a pleasure to work with all members we interacted with. We had a corporate event that required audio enhancements and Joe was great at outlining what would be best for our requirements. Everything was provided/made available on time and in excellent working condition. He patiently took the time to go over setup and operation of the equipment and offered his personal number to video chat, should an issues come up. Reasonably priced and great service.
