Very quick to respond and detailed every part of the inspection/repair on my funrnace. Friendly and professional service......highly recommend!!!!

So after 2 months of waiting, I finally got my A/C installed. I’m happy with the install, EXTREMELY UNHAPPY with his horrid attitude, and unprofessional nature. He put us on the bottom of his list after showing up unannounced, twice. No prior calling, no informing my rental office he would be installing those days. I’m home probably 80% of the time. And he came all three times when I wasn’t. I specifically asked if he could come after 11am so I could insure I would be there. But that was not the case even in this last time. Honestly I would go with ANYONE else because he’s unprofessional and rude. Very gruff in nature, which I surprising because he works in customer service.

Great people to deal with. Great work, clean, competitive prices.... Goes the extra mile and it shows. Will always be my recommendation!!

They were great to deal with. Our furnace quit working in the middle of the night. By the time we woke up it was 62 degrees in here. We called and they were here within an hour. They found the problem and told us our options. They did NOT pressure us in any way. After discussing our options we decided on a whole new furnace. It was put in by the end of the day to our great surprise. They were honest and professional and did a great job here. Would definitely use them again if the need arises.

We were having an issue with our furnace and have been having the same issue intermittently off and on for about a year, we were always able to fix it ourselves, but not this time. A friend recommended Brian Paquette to us, I was hesitant to call but so very glad that I did. Brian showed up to my home within 15 minutes and not only fixed the issue, he noticed that our furnace was not pitched correctly, fixed that and made sure our outside pipes were correct! He is seriously a lifesaver and I will never hesitate to call him for any future issues and I will recommend him out to anyone that is need of a reliable, thorough, and honest HVAC guy! I called S&P Heating and Cooling and they came out the day of to come fix my A/c. They were able to fix the problem quickly and get my unit back up and running properly. I definitely will be using them in the future great experience with them.

He was unresponsive for 6+ months, came up with every excuse possible to not finish the job. When he said he finished, he didn’t take his materials, even when I asked 3 times. I asked him to add a return in the main bedroom he said it was done but it was not done. He never hooked up a thermostat or got my heat in working condition. I would never recommend this company.

We've used Tony's for over 10 years. Yesterday their tech came, did nothing , and charged me 180.00 for his trouble. Tony's said the fan was bad and seized and pushed us towards a new furnace.Today we had Brian from S&P out. Extremely professional and friendly. Looked over what Tony's did (which was nothing) actually cleaned and serviced the issue, said no new parts were needed and gave me a much better price on a new unit, which he was honest and told me I didn't need one yet. Honesty and fair dealing is extremely important. S&P has won a customer for life. I highly recommend.
