O'My Bakery /inoodle

the people who work there are literally deaf! they can't even listen basic english I had to repeat the same thing 2-3 times. don't expect every customer to speak chinese just because we're asian.also the old lady was rude pointing at me to go to the checkout area when I was about to ask a question. They are just unwelcoming and unprofessional to the customers.

Nice bakery located close to UW.Tasty selection with decent prices for the bakery items. Haven’t tried their noodles yet-1 star for extra charges on debit and even plastic bags.

My favourite thing about this place is the buns. They are super fresh and made in house. You can smell them cooking and they restock the shelves regularly. I have tried a lot of their buns and the green tea bun is my favourite. Their noodles are okay. Definitely not my cup of tea as I have had better elsewhere; however, their buns/baked goods were delicious.

Bakery might be okay, food is terrible. Salty as a mofo. Staff who work there have bad attitudes, very impatient, also likes pointing at ppl. Never order anything from there ever again. No respect to food or customers by making such awful food.

All their doors are locked during their business hours! What, are we supposed to knock to be let in? If they want to lock out their customers, they should lock their doors down for good and let another business move in. How are they still here if they've got no business? I'll just head to T&T next time I want buns.

Nice selection of Chinese breakfast food. The pig ears, milk tea were made perfectly. The egg/dough fritter wrap and bun with beef could use more flavouring, it was a bit on the lighter side. Food options were limited as the restaurant was preparing for their vacation period. Overall pretty good and would come back.

This is a convenient spot near the University of Waterloo to grab a quick meal or snack. The buns and Swiss rolls are baked fresh and are tasty. However, the customer service is lacking. The staff are not welcoming, appear disinterested, and have a rude demeanor if you have a question. For a better shopping experience with comparable products and prices, I would recommend going to T&T on Westmount Road instead.

Tried the Chinese crepe (煎饼果子) and Chinese meat burger (肉夹馍) there. The Chinese crepe was quite good, actually better than the popular one in SoGo restaurant at the nearby plaza. It's quite tender and the spice and sauce was just the right amount, not too salty (I always found the crepe at SOGO too dry and salty). However, the meat burger was a totally ripped off, with fluffy breads and quite sweet meat inside, nothing what an authentic Chinese burger should be. After a few minutes, the fluffy breads absorbed all the juice and became mushy inside while the outside was still soft and dry. They also have a large selection of sweet bakeries that you may find in T&T but theirs are cheaper.

They sure are getting some rough reviews!The bakery items are pretty good. And the noodles are ok too but braised beef ratio of fat to meat is like 10:1 so probably wont return. Need meatier dish but maybe it's supposed to be this fatty??I dont think they're mean, just shy. Maybe just a cultural thing? They do their job and dont interact with customers too well, c'est la vie. Just buy what you want and get out =)
