This used to be a great company. After 3 houses in a row with many wrong and broken trusses/joists, it is no longer a good company. Owner refuses to address the issues.Shop elsewhere, there lots of other companies to buy from.

I have a garaga door from McLaughlin that is 4 years old. In a recent wind storm I noticed that one of the windows were rattling in the wind. Turns out it was the wrong size frame for the window, it came from the manufacture this way. I contacted Andy from McLaughlin and they repaired the window. At the time I thought that was good service, until they next week when I received a bill for the repair. I called Andy, thinking the bill was a mistake but he told me it wasn’t his problem and if i had a problem with it to call the manufacturer. I paid the bill but needless to say am not at all happy with the way I was treated and talked to.

I bought my trusses and doors when we built our garage a couple years ago now we have put on a new section and we ordered our third door from Andy and his staff. If you want someone who is honorable to sell you a quality product then this is the right place to be. he is not only knowledgeable but he is a great guy with integrity which is less common in buisness. I hightly recommend them. They have my repeat business for a reason they earned it!

I am very pleased with the purchase and installation of my new garage door. Andrew was great to deal with in finding me the right door at the right price! The two installers were pleasant, professional and well trained. I highly recommend McLaughlin for your garage door needs.
