I would rate Andrea Roberts 11 out of 10. This young lady goes above and beyond as a Real Estate Agent. She is very knowledgeable in all aspects from selling a home to buying a home. She also has a lot of helpful little hints.

We would like to take this opportunity to praise the professionalism and efficiency of help offered by Andrea. We were using her services for more than 3 years, have interacted on many occasions and each time have seen immediate response from Andrea with showings, offers preparation, interactions with sellers and their brokers. And all of that notwithstanding her very busy schedule with other clients. She surprised us with the amount of detail she brought to our attention at each showing, all these details have proven important in our decision making on many occasions. She has been always patient, positive and friendly. We really feel blessed with our encounter with Andrea Roberts and highly recommend her to everyone.

She is extremely knowledgeable of the towns surrounding CFB Petawawa and the market trends. I went with Andrea because of that and she knew my realtors from Toronto. She's also really nice and paid attention to what I liked, needed, and wanted. She found me a great deal and when I needed to sell she had great advice on how to prepare. She also had a ton of contacts in the area that helped me do some upgrades and maintenance on the property while I was living there.
