Jamie did a practice home inspection on my house and I found him to be exceptionally thorough and he took the time to go through all his findings with me in person as well as provided me with a very detailed report with photos and suggestions. My original home inspection when buying was not nearly this thorough or detailed. Would highly recommend!

Jamie performed a pre-purchase home inspection which based on his findings offered me a thorough understanding of the work that would have been required if I was to have gone through with the purchase agreement (the home was far worse than a diamond in the rough). Absolutely would recommend Jamie for any inspection needs in the Bow Valley, and I plan on using his services in the future. He takes detailed pictures of the property/appliances/spaces and videos as well, and after the report is complete, he goes through it live or over Zoom. I've bought at least 12 properties over the last 20 years - this is best inspection work I've ever seen.
