This place really makes you feel at home and feel like a family .. for a vape shop ! They are always so kind always chat me up and always remember my order. They make me feel like I’m the number one customer there hahahah even tho I know I’m not its even more amazing that they make me feel that way anyway given that they also remember hundreds of other peoples orders too AND they now have a shop kitty 10/10 best place to go

Great service! Sometimes there is a certain employee who acts like she’s better than you and basically judges you for buying product. Other than that the place is always in stock with what is good.

There are a multitude of shops to choose from in London for vaping products, but this establishment stands out for their unwavering commitment to quality and service. I've been a client of the owners family for several years now, and it's amazing how helpful and even prescriptive they are in their attention to making your experience enjoyable. If you haven't yet had a chance to visit, it's worth going out of your way to do so.

The employees here are always very kind and ready to answer any questions or concerns you may have. The store atmosphere is always welcoming and very clean. I’ve never had a bad experience here, I’ll always come back. The best part of it all, prices are much lower than most other vape stores!
