Beautiful walking / biking trails! There is a main path you can take and also and more off road path (lots of bugs in the smaller off road path)

The walk is very nice. There are varieties of things to see. The walk surrounds the reservoir. There are several bridges. On the northest of the walk, it has a woodened hallway consisting the dam to watch over the reservoir, it's quite scenic. Along the walk, there are spots where birdhouses are built, so many birds can be seen. On the reservoir, it attracts ducks to reside there. So it's nice to enjoy the view. It's stroller-friendly, just some parts are bumpy because of the pebbles. Many people walk their dogs there too. The walk can be more, it links to Murrell. All in all, we enjoy the walk.

Such a nice trail and the new boardwalks along the old abandoned locks look amazing. The trail is on both sides of the river, so you may miss one of the trails (beside the golf course if you're not looking for it.) Definitely worth the bike ride or walk.

Nice easy hiking trail, not too many bugs and majority is shaded. I used Nokiidaa Trail to hike back, it's about 6km.

A beautiful sunny Sunday. Went north on the west side of the creek, crossed the 2nd Concession Rd under the bridge. Then went along the south side of the creek to west, crossed the bridge, came back on the north side of the creek. Managed to cross the 2nd and returned on the east side of the creek. Walked distance was about 6.5km. The path on the east side of the creek is along a power line, but there is a short detour along the creek whick has a better scenery.

Welcome to the shire. These photos will never do this magical place justice. Follow the nokiida bike trail over the long curving boardwalk through a vibrant field, and you'll find an abandoned dam that people climb on, some go to fish, some bring their dates.Keep riding through the winding forest, and see the stream peeking out through the trees. Finally you head out to rolling hills with quaint houses looking down at you. The water reflects the trees and flowers, while birds and butterflies pass you by. You feel like you're in another country. Perhaps you've even entered a different story from the life you were living. What a sweet escape!

It’s a very nice and quiet trail, great for bikes or walking. Here you can spot different kinds of flowers, birds and bugs. We only went up to the bridge, it was too hot to keep going. I believe it’s a long trail, since it’s a big conservation area. There is a small parking lot available from Green Lane.

Great place to ride, and many words on both sides of the trail.
