Unfortunately this review is limited due to not actually getting a quote or response from rite way. Someone came to our place on Monday, I waited patiently for the quote for 1 week... Called the following Tuesday to inquire wondering if they'd forgot, understandable mistake. Reception took note and said I'd be contacted shortly. It is now Wednesday evening 1.5wks waiting another attempted phone call and nothing. So unfortunately due to lack of response we lost time and rite way won't be getting our business. Disappointed.

Got a quote on a commercial roller gate for my business, I signed the quote and waited for them to come and install. I was given a date, no one showed. I called and was told there was a delay, no problem. Again they didn't show. I called again and was told the gate was built and ready to go and installer would call me back. Nope, nothing. Never heard back from anyone. Called the next year for a quote on another project, over a month went by and after several calls, nobody called me back. Wow, just unbelievable.

Called in looking for information on fencing lady at the front very unfriendly sounds like she's half asleep, she couldnt do the simple task of transferring me to someone who knows what they're doing but instead just cuts the call on me, I will take my business elsewhere and I suggest everybody do the same.... get some sleep lady!

Drivers need to learn what turn signals are and how to use them . Using them in the middle of a turn does not help traffic behind them and in fact causes accidents as I needed to jump on the brakes hard when they turned on to Marshall road in Abbotsford .
