Came here with a party of 16. The service was alright. A few dishes were forgotten and served long after the rest of our party. We had to remind the server they were missing. The food was mostly good. A couple people mentioned it was cold, but otherwise no complaints. Loved that we were out into a private room.

Amazing!!! Tried the new chicken parmigiana bites and they are fire! The service was amazing. Our waitress Nyomi was great and attentive. Thank you to Lani and her team. Looking forward to coming back.

July 3 2023 my daughter and I stopped in for dinner after a day of travel.Our experience was top notch. Emily our server provided exceptional service to not only us but to all the other guests in her section.We will absolutely make it our dinner stop next time we travel down the 401 thru Woodstock.

Stopped here on a whim for an early dinner on the way up to Toronto. Definitely glad we did. The waitress (I'm sorry I can't remember her name) was amazing. She was very pleasant and attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was perfect too, with large portions, and was quick to arrive. Honestly, this location puts the one in Windsor to shame. Please don't change a thing! We'll definitely be going back again!

I always love east sides in general. but CHRIS made my entire experience. he’s so funny, and ensured we had everything we need. My friends and I were almost in tears laughing at his jokes and he truly made our experience amazing. We need more Chris’s out there! From the bottom of our hearts, thank you!❤️

I am absolutely impressed with the amazing service I received yesterday.Our servers name was Melissa. She was very attentive and kept us stocked up on food.The restaurant was very clean, the food was served hot and fresh all the way down to the bread.Service like this is rare nowadays, so I applaud you Melissa! Keep on being amazing!

Wanted to go for dinner and with it being Father's day everything was busy. We called and they were very accommodating and gave us a last minute reservation for a table of 5. Chloe was our server and she was AMAZING! Seriously, she deserves a raise! She was quick, friendly, on top of our orders and bring the bread to the table. By far the best service I've ever had at an East Side Mario's. The food was hot and at the table in a timely fashion. We all enjoyed our meals with no complaints, everything tasted great! We will definitely be back, especially if Chloe is working!

My son and I had a date night and he wanted to go here for the pizza! He absolutely loved it and we enjoyed doing the puzzle sheet and eating the garlic bread while we waited for our food. It was busy but service was quick and friendly! Highly recommend!

My daughter and I came in for a quick lunch and had Chris as our server on the bar side!He was fantastic, funny and super personable! Exceptional, fast & friendly service!Made my daughter a virgin daiquiri that was delicious!This is what makes people come back over & over again!
