This is an outstanding Medical clinic. The online Portal is exceptional for inquiring on minor concerns and the response messages are immediate. Dr. Gurland, Dr. Pepe and Dr. Zhu have been incredible in supporting our aging parent. They are so patient and clearly explain procedures to our Mom although English is not her first language. Nurse Jen is equally knowledgeable and very caring. We are so happy with the professionalism of this clinic including the Receptionist!!

Dr.Elia, is truly the best Doctor that my husband Ken and I have ever had.Anyone who is a patient of his, should be very thankful to have him.

I very much like Dr.Pietrzak office. The receptionist who I usually deal with Alma(?) I hope that’s correct, is very nice and easy to talk too. When I had a problem she was very understanding and tried to get me in as soon as possible.I have read other reviews saying they don’t really like Dr.P. I have nothing but good things to say about her. She listens to me, kind and we try to work together with dealing with a few of my personal issues. She has gave me some ideas to try to help with my depression and anxiety. A Doctor-Patient relationship should be a team effort which is so important to become successful. I feel that with her 100%Overall the office is great. Maybe the only bad thing is the clinic is very busy so it’s hard to get a next day appointment. But I understand they have a large demographic to help take care of so I get it

The nurse I had deserves a medal. Very caring and selfless. She chose to help me with something minor; instead of running outside to close her car window during a downpour. Thank you so much, but seriously if something like that happens again. Get to your car first!

A while back, I wrote a very negative review of the clinic. There were a couple of experiences I had that I was really unhappy about. But, I have continued with the clinic and found a huge improvement since then. Perhaps it was just growing pains, but I find the staff they have now is great. Alma, the admin is efficient and really nice to deal with, Samantha, the nurse practitioner is very helpful, and the others I have dealt with have been lovely.I had my guard up with Dr. P. as I have some issues I have been dealing with for a long time, but they have been dismissed by other doctors. I was very hesitant to open up and look for help, but she listened with open ears, gave me her time, helped me feel validated and has been supportive (even after the negative review I had posted). I think many people have their defenses up with doctors because of past experiences of feeling brushed off/dismissed, so I was so relieved and happy to feel heard."I have also had to see other doctors after hours at the clinic

Wow. I have read some of these reviews and feel like I could have written them myself. I decided to look here as I knew I could not be the ONLY one experiencing the same types of problems. I am grateful for the reviews as I feel validated.I have not been happy at this office. My first and only point of contact is the receptionist Alma. Alma lacks basic customer service skills necessary for a busy healthcare environment. She interrupts me (which clearly means she is not listening), is always telling me what the office or doctor does NOT do, the smallest request is met with problem after problem. I am not angry" as Alma believes but frustrated. Alma doesn't care as she knows patients are over a barrel with the lack of family doctors. Their threats to de-roster patients who go to a walk in clinic concern me. This is because they are paid by the Ministry of Health every month

I work in health care and understand the system well. Dr. Pepe and team are exceptional. Consider yourself lucky if you managed to get into their practice. Nurse Jen goes above and beyond to help and the team cares about their patients. Quite a few of the other physicians in the after hours clinic are fantastic as well. We are grateful.

We love our doctor (Dr. Solcz) and Alma and all the nurses. Everyone is so kind, helpful and friendly. Wonderful people to be around when you need care ❤

I am so truly blessed to have such a wonderful doctor, Dr. Perrier.Dr. Perrier saved my life! when we were doing our intake interview she found out I had members of my family who have had breast cancer. She sent me for a mammogram, and that mammogram came back with breast cancer. Had she not sent me it would’ve gone undetected for a very long time as I was 42 when it was found.She has supported me and encouraged me through the whole process, and is very thorough in her medical care.

Absolutely outstanding service from Alma. She is extremely caring, kind, and always makes sure visits run smoothly. She is truly a gem and goes out of her way to help. Thank you Alma!
