After visiting a home show we made an appointment with Patio Enclosures to look at an existing sun room on our house that was poorly done. We were looking for advice on what we could do. Joe came on our scheduled day and gave us options on what we could do to make our space livable. He said he could try to sell us an enclosure but gave suggestions to fix what we had saving us money. Joe, a Design consultant from Patio Enclosures, came to our home to review our options for a 3 season room. He was on time for the appointment and very professional. He took his time, answered all of our questions, and provided several options to us. He explained the quality and construction very well and was able to show us a computerized view of what OUR room would look like, which was great, and it was beautiful!

I recently bought a home with a nice sunroom from Patio Enclosures. I noticed that I had a lock on one of the doors that was acting up, and in the last few weeks failed. I reached out looking for some help finding a replacement part, Jen was super helpful in locating the part I needed and arranging for me to get it quickly, so I was able to properly secure the door again. I believe this sunroom is 20 years old and is one of the highlights of out space so it is nice to know that we have a good company there to help with service as we may need it.

Andrew Mulichak was very professional and knowledgeable. We love the product and Andrew knows it well. He had great suggestions and made the experience very pleasant. We cannot recommend him or Patio Enclosures enough!

We had a roof installed over our back deck this summer. When the consultant came out in the spring, he was incredibly knowledgeable but never pushy. He answered every question and was very relatable and friendly. During the waiting period between putting down a deposit and the actual install, they called us often to simply give us updates. Just so we knew what was happening. They were ordering materials, or scheduling the footers to be installed, etc. Our install took a day and then just two hours the following day. So quick! Very respectful and nice guys that came to do the work. After the first hard rain, we noticed a couple little leaks but they came out and fixed immediately. It was installed on a super hot day and the caulk was simply expanded. Once it cooled of slightly, it just needed to be touched up. Great communication and quality of the work. Would highly recommend to anyone!

My patio enclosure glass door was smashed by a golf ball. It shattered all over and made a mess. The glass was special ordered to fit my door. They kept me updated on the date it was estimated to arrive in Buffalo and made sure to get me on the installation schedule right away. The 3 installers who came to my house could not have been nicer. They were neat, efficient and cleaned up all the glass that I hadn't been able to get rid of. They were great. I have always been pleased with my 3 season room from patio enclosures. The service I received after the damage was outstanding. Thank you!!!

The service department for Patio Enclosures went beyond our expectations! We had an unfortunate incident of a hawk flying through our screen. They were able to come out and replace it quickly and efficiently. The staff was very friendly and easy to work with. I would highly recommend their product, as well as their service!
