We dealt with Paul today and not only was he friendly he was super knowledgable and helpful! They let my wife take bike's out of the shop and drive them around them neighbourhood (which some places did not allow). Their bikes were priced well but included some great value perks like an awesome warranty & free service visits. We definitely recommend Lifesport for anyone looking for a bike! Don't forget to ask for Paul!

Buyers Beware: No Bike shop support. make sure you check all the component are working properly and adjusted for you. they don't care about bike fit. Sebastian will sell you the bike that does not fit you and wont help you make some adjustment to fit your riding.

I've purchased three bikes from Walter and Paul and would not go anywhere else. They carry only quality products and I have received only the best service from these guys. I will recommend Lifesport all day long. They carry a wide range of products -- and what they don't have, they can order. This is the place to go for entry level bikes all the way to top of the line road and mountain bikes.

they have a good selection of marin bikes, but their service is poor despite the promised support for 2 years. I bought a bike form them in fall, but pedals squeak and barely turn, the new saddle" had a worn spot

Have bought 4 bikes from Life Sport in the last 3 years. Last fall it came time to buy new touring bikes for my wife and I. It was recommended, as they got tired of fixing our 25 year old bikes. Fair enough, as we wanted to tour Vancouver Island and it was time to update our bikes and equipment. However as a I rode my new bike in the spring to break it in, I kept hearing a ticking sound from the front wheel. Well after several attempts of fixing the mystery noise they gave me a new wheel. This worked great until I was now hearing a ticking noise coming from the back wheel. Another mystery noise that no one could figure out it's origin. Well I was getting fed up with this bike, so Life Sport offered me a good deal on an upgrade and they took my old (new) bike with the 400 or so km's on it. Biking should be relaxing and enjoyable as you tour. With this new upgraded bike I am very excited to start our tour very shortly. Thanks to the staff who kept putting up with my complaints about the noises from my bike. I felt as if I was being treated with respect and that there was an effort to make me happy with a bike I would enjoy. Plus they gave me a bottle cage for my newest bike at no cost to me. I will continue going to Lifesport for all my biking needs.

Update: I'm really going to miss this place. Unfortunately, they are closing down at the end of the year so pop in and grab any last items before its all gone.***The service here is great. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and a great selection of quality bikes, parts, and accessories.

Although their bikes are in the high end price tag. They have offer quality products and great service. I appreciate the good service and advise now days, specially when you compare to places like Sport Check where they tell you to check online; obviously, I come to the store for advice. Anyways, got me a great bike.

Nobody else would even try to help me repair the blown tube on my young sons 16 in bike. I called at least half a dozen bike shops and they all said to leave the bike for a week. Most seemed uninterested. This was during covid, so places were quite busy. I called Lifesport, and even though they were busy too, they were willing to do it. I showed up and within 45mins they completed the repair! My son and i were super happy and appreciative. They showed old school concern and attention to customer service. Most def go here for all your bike needs. You will not be disappointed!
