Worse customer service I have ever dealt with. I bought my custom made cabinets in February, they arrived the first week in May severely damaged. I am still waiting for the replacements and for my countertop months later. You call them and they are nothing but rude and constant lies.

It's BIGgggg (In a Good way)This is too big for a city like saint John.Ours go to place for the household and building supplies.From the 1/4 Inch screws to lawn mowers to sofa setsYou need it they have it .The prices are sometimes a hit and go.Staff is very polite and available all the time.( One time we spent almost 40-50 mins discussing about the paint process and the required tools for our house, the team was very patient and answered all our doubts)

Great service every time. They always answer the phone, unlike Home Depot which has a phone maze. With Home Depot, you never know how long you'll be on hold on the phone. I regularly have to wait 20 minutes at customer service at Home Depot but never at Kent! This Kent Store staff and selection is better than the East side store. Whenever there is an problem, or price match, it's an effortless experience at customer service. I wish the other store, and Home Depot, could be as good as this store. This store is my go to hardware store. Keep it up! The only things better at Home Depot is tool selection, monthly crafts for kids, and free paper bags. I wish Kent had Rigid or other tools with Lifetime Warranties.

Staff were friendly and helpful. We were trying to purchase mini-blinds but found out because of a safety issue we cannot buy them anymore. Also looking for a new toilet but found them too expensive same with the window blinds, too expensive to get custom sizes.
