He was very helpful to us, he made complicated terms easy for us to understand. Our experience with him was very nice and welcoming, he made us feel at home. He was very kind and he talked with us with respect. He knew we were on a tight budget and he helped us and suggested the best choices there is for us.

Austin was very very helpful and extremely patient as he transferred me to my new Telus account and also by waiting to make sure that I am able to transfer all of my files to my new phone! He was super nice & smart! Honestly the best!

Came in thirty minutes before closing and received excellent customer service from the staff on duty. In particular Austin was able to answer any of my questions I had. He acted professionally and diligent throughout the interaction, as well as maintained a positive and friendly demeanour. I felt confident he was doing the most to look after my own best interest. I needed to replace/upgrade my iPhone I had broken. Left happy with a new phone in less than 30 minutes, great jobs guys.

Kyle was an amazing help. He was very knowledgeable and did not try to sell me anything I did not need. He just explained everything in a mature manner not like he was speaking to a child! I appreciated this greatly! 10/10 would recommend
