Clean and pretty space. For the price, I expected more food and it all came in takeout containers, not much of a sit down place. I still loved the avocado toast with eggs.

Fresh, tasty, light and healthy. Maybe a little more expensive than you regular meal, but the quality and quantity is there so it's well worth the price.

Delicious lunch options. Love their bowls and cookies. Generally work pretty quickly and will get you in and out between work lunch breaks.

Best interior for a care in the area. Cozy. Great menu, flat white, unique pastries with crazy ingredients and bowls that are the same price as Freshii but much betterWouldn’t mind eating here for all my meals instead of meal prepping

This cafe has cute wooden vibes. The staff warmly greet you upon entry. I was shocked at how affordable the prices were for such a prime location. The service was fast and friendly and the staff call your drink order by name. There is soft vibrant music that plays in the background. There are various seating options throughout and free wifi available.

Flat white was ok. The blueberry scone was hard/drier than the last time I’ve gotten one at this same location maybe a month ago..? The cookies are pretty good though.That being said, I don’t like the tipping options. There’s no way to not give a tip without fumbling with the options awkwardly with people behind you waiting to order. If I was getting a sandwich and eating in: sure. But min tip amount was 12% on the $9 make me a flat white and put a scone in a bag, which is a bit absurd.

Great coffee and snacks but I would not recommend the 'Sparta' bowl. The salty feta, balsamic vinegar and hummus, and pickled onions combine to create a powerfully tart bowl, that in my opinion was not well balanced.

Very chic and modern. This small cafe focuses on a small health conscious menu. The clean and industrious looks make the cafe look impressive. The menu has many gluten free and vegetarian options which means it’s a good place for some people with allergies or restrictions. The smoothies and baked snacks are very nice! Coffee is good too!! The food is a little on the expensive side as you’d come to imagine which is why I gave it a 4/5

I genuinely love IQ and get it all the time however last week I had a pretty big surprise when I opened my bowl. There was a giant LIVE moth that crawled out of it; I was completely startled and it ruined my lunch. Ended up ordering Impact Kitchen and eating it at 2pm. I called the restaurant to give them a heads up in case they need to check their produce. Guy on the phone was super nice and said the manager will be in touch with me by tomorrow. No one has reached out to me at all and it’s been over a week. I wish I could share a video of the moth moving around to show you how gross it was.
