A house search requires a lot of due diligence, and if this is your first house, you should be extra cautious. At that time, we need a trusted realtor who will not only tell us what to do but also tell us what not to do. Aman understood my house requirement and sent houses that fit it; he helped to make sure we didn’t bid on the wrong house; we closed my first house after seeing only 7 houses with him; I thanked him for his after-purchase help; he worked till closure and made sure we did everything the right way.
