Purchased an 18’ x 45’ storage shelter, advertised by them as “reinforced for snow”, and of course sold for the Canadian market. It collapsed overnight with the first bit of snow, about 6” worth. I contacted them and they claim they can’t help as it has no snow rating, and also dragging the whole claim process out to put me outside my CC claim period. The cost of erecting the shelter, now cleanup and damage to equipment stored in it is extensive. They are professional crooks. Played the game well. I am out about $15K in total due to buying their product.Oh, and they posted a reply to this review. Obviously, they lie. No one communicated any such thing. Decide for yourself...
