Great location, quiet and clean property; however; I am disappointed with management handlings, way too much screw-up. I recently moved in here and I am already tired and frustrated with the amount of management errors, even after I was told that they are corrected they keep resurfacing.

I’m terribly disappointed about the management team. It’s been so cold, but they delayed turning on the heat. It’s unacceptable when the temperature is just 2, and NO HEAT.

The previous manager was great, the recent one it's terrible it has very poor customer service skills zero rapport with residents. The building overall is good, location is the best feature.
