Bought the 2023 F150 Lightning and 2023 Mach-E from Barrhaven Ford. The experience was great! David Plotts answered everyone question we had and helped us get an amazing deal for both the vehicles.

Terrible buying experience. Talk about over promise and under deliver. The sales person was friendly but told us we would get 2 free oil changes that he then “forgot” to add to the bill of sale so when it came to getting an oil change they wouldn’t do it. They sold us a truck that was shaking a bit on the highway and told us it was due to the wrong size tire. When we went to change the tires the shaking was due to them not passing inspection. When I called the dealer about it they told us it was our problem. The financing guy would tell us he’d get everything ready by a certain time but then stopped returning our calls. It was a terrible experience all around. Be cautious.

We found the mustang I wanted on the lot then made a deal work for all of us. Everyone was great to deal with from the time I got there on the first day to the day I picked up my car. I went in specifically looking for a used car I saw online. Brandon promptly set up test drive. When it came to making a deal we were over promised and under delivered. Sales manager Gerry was very unpleasant to work with, the sales manager unprofessionally reneged original deal. However, Brandon was professional and prompt to respond to all inquiries and made over all experience better.
