I’m not sure why the workers here are so incompetent. I ordered a bakery item today for which the drive through girl overcharged me for (I confirmed on the app). I did clarify why the sur - charge was for? She said it’s always this way even though the price on the app was completely different. It’s not about the money, it’s about the principal.

i would not recommend this starbucks to anybody. i’ve only ever had negative experiences at this specific location. when i attempted to voice that my drink was made incorrectly, or tasted different than normal, i had the drive thru window closed in my face. the drink tasted so watered down i couldn’t drink it at all. i wasted $6 on rude customer service and drink that was awful.

Big, spacious Starbucks location! It is one of the cleanest locations I have been to, with extremely fast and friendly service. My co-worker and I have been visiting different locations during lunch, and this is our favorite by far.

Served by Simran, one of the best order takers and the way she greeted me before taking my order was great, this kind of gesture is rare to see nowadays on any of the drive thru facilities!

I ordered Iced Strawberry Matcha latte in this location. There is no flavour at all they literally gave me water. I came back and asked them to change the drink they told me they were closed but I was 9:02 pm and I also see them in the store. Representative preet is really rude , she told me to come back tomorrow morning to change the drink. She was absolutely rude and pathetic customer service. I’ve been lots of Starbucks I would rate this store is the worst one among all of them.

The attendants at the drive through window are extremely polite, efficient and always greet you with a smile. Special mention to Taey for always being such a bright light everytime! Definitely an asset to this Starbucks.

The person at the counter was on her phone while we stood there waiting to order. She looks like she doesn't even want to be there.I asked for cream and sugar on the side. They came inside the coffee.Just a simple decent customer service is too much to ask for now a day.

Worst experience ever , as this brand is best known for its excellent customer service . Girl named Rebecca ( arrogant and worst person to deal with) . She made my drink very bitter ( I guess did not add any sugar syrup ) and gave me very bad attitude in very lousy manner , will not return to this particular location just cause of her , been there before so many times never had any issue

Employees locked the doors and refused to acknowledge customers at the drive thru. Closed half an hour early to the actual closing time three separate vehicles were complaining.

Absolutely love this location. I am never disappointed. Drive thru is fast and efficient. My order is always complete and tastes delicious. They are attentive to any changes and requests. This is my go to Starbucks location!
