The store is fine, sunday morning this store is full of people and they only have 2 cashiers open! It's wrong to push all of these people to go and self checkout. Ridixulous!

Absolute clown show of a business. 0 lanes open and only 1 self checkout lane for the 6 people in line. Even a walmart employee was upset about the state of things as they were just getting off shift and trying to make a purchase. Looking at my receipts and I don't see my employee discount for having to work there. The only reason to justify a score as high as 1 star is because the greeter at the front door was very friendly and was the only positive about the experience

Very well kept Walmart, well stocked shelves, friendly staff, clean interior with ample parking. Located in a plaza with food and shops within walking distance.

Store is fine, but when I go to self checkout i want to check out by myself... That's the whole point. Not being ushered over by a man to his tiny station in the middle of the area, who begins coughing heavily all over the stuff I'm buying. I felt extremely uncomfortable.

Staff are very helpful. Self checkouts allow you to keep a safe distance from others. March 19 (10:00am) - fully stocked with produce and meat, getting low on frozen vegetables/fruit, milk. No bread, rice, soup, canned vegetables/beans.

Visited Walmart today for chicken thighs as advertised in the flyer, but there weren't any in stock. An employee told us they didn't get much in and that the store should get enough to supply the demand generated by the flyer. I agree. Then as with so many stores, I need to self check my groceries because they don't want to pay employees to do checkout anymore. While doing this, they are taking my photo and displaying it to me to make sure that I know they're watching me and I better not steal while doing my own checkout that they required I do by not providing sufficient cashiers. Then they ask me to donate money so they can get a tax receipt. Shopping has become utterly ridiculous.

I’m rating this in the middle. I went there this morning and was astonished at how inexpensive my four grocery items were, under $10. So far, great. Then I went to check out and there were no cashiers open, so I had to self checkout, and as always I had problems. So an employee had to come over and do it for me. She was pleasant about it, but why not have someone available in the first place?

Very rude employees. Picking up groceries for Uber Eats delivery and the girl bringing them was rude. I showed my concerns about the loads of reusable bags to customers for each delivery and to see if Walmart can reuse the bags, or send the orders in cardboard boxes. She was extremely rude.I myself do not shop at Walmart for the rude and not helpful staff. An older man told me today that Waterdown Walmart has been named the worst for rudeness in all of Canada.Congratulations to the staff on being rude A-holes. You deserve a slap on the back of the head to learn some respect and kindness.

I shop here regularly, it is my local store. The experience has gotten worse over the last few years, the store is often quite dirty, the shelves are usually in disarray if you are there in the afternoon. Even though there seems to be an abundance of management staff, none of them are capable in assisting with the cash or stocking or even customer service, but they are able to clog up the isles as they gather in groups or walk across the path, at a leisurely pace, in front of a fully loaded grocery cart causing the customer to take evasive action to miss them. And lastly, the store is pushing the customer towards the self checkout while half of the machines have been down for months, and the girls at the checkout, only one helps to bag the items, the rest just scan them and shove them to the side, so that the entire cart now must be bagged while the other customers wait, why bother with this 'service' if the customer is the one doing the heavy lifting?

Buyer beware! Who would have thought from a store like this ! I purchased a freezer brought it home noticed the bottom of box had been cut with a box cutter and meticulously taped all back up. The problem is it was damaged near the control panel. Not seen well in pictures attached it’s dented in pretty good on the face! I had to have this brought in by movers. As only access is by stairs 3 floors. I called and said I can provide the photos of the clearly box cut box and the meticulous repair job on it not factory. And the findings of the freezer damage. I just wanted some sort of compensation. Not well pay movers 2 more times to bring it in and we will exchange it or return your money! Shame on you Walmart! Your new slogan is buyer beware!
