Manager(s) have bad attitude . Had to ask for straw and napkins for my takeout order. THE MANAGER DIDNT KNOW HOW TO REPLACE MY MILLSHAKE LID. Never made it 5min walk home b4 the the lid blew off and the road got to drink it. Complained to another Manager and he said I have to come back. Yah right.Auto order machines dont have recite paper, and they dont care.Saw a lady and her 3/4 year old pee his pants because the staff wouldn't open the door to washrooms.I can go on.....

This is my favorite McDonald's on the entire island, the staff are always happy and friendly. They have never messed up my order once. I always use the app to order ahead and then pick up in the drive thru. If it's busy I will just wait in my car out front, they bring it right out I like earning points for every dollar I spend. I moss the coupons and I wish they had better deals on the app like they used too. Fries are always hot and crispy from this location. The Mccrispy is hands down better than the Mcchicken. Lol IMO

Our ice cream machine is working"Something this mcdonald's has never said in their existence. All I wanted was a nice midnight limited edition shammy but that is apparently way to much to ask for. Fries are nice and fresh."

The service is great (late nights) especially for only having 1 maybe 2 people working at a time which is what It seems like. It's almost always the same guy and he's always nice and works well. My only problem here is the fact that they don't seem to get orders right very much for example tonight I ordered a bacon deluxe and they gave me a spicy mcrispy (no bacon either) and it was just disappointing.

I stopped on my way from Campbell River to Nanaimo for a quick bite and to use the restroom. The staff was rude and dismissive, especially the guy who seemed to be the lead. If all the facilities at the site are not available to the public, do not sell food, period. Please hire staff that is courteous and professional, and not in an absolute hurry to shut down the place and rush home. It is a business in the hospitality sector, is it not? Perhaps I am mistaken. If shutting down on time is such a priority and a prerogative? Do not let customers in 15-20 minutes prior to closing time. Food was bought, and I chose not to argue, this review is the feedback.

Super bummed on this location right now, they serve you the smallest portions when ordering mc flurries, but it is a complete disgrace. As an added insult, they don’t blend them properly either. Not sure how you get that wrong but it is possible I guess. Won’t be going back for a while. The Anderton location crushes this one in every way.

A very nice and friendly clean family with very good cheerful dedicated staff and extremely dellicious food. The drive thru is open 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. I always enjoy the Quarter Pounder with Cheese combo or the Chicken McNuggets combo. It always is a nice positive experience and i will come back.

This location has a worker at the pay window in the drive through who requires a chair to sit on during his shift.The chair has been broken for at least 4 months, probably longer.I'm sure you guys can afford to replace the chair!!

We're staying at a hotel in the area and ended up here because we walked in the wrong direction for Wendy's.The filet of fish was slapped together with the fish and cheese sticking half out of the bun at opposite sides. The bun itself was cold and hard with very little tarter sauce.The floor in front of the pop machines was so sticky that my feet actually stuck to the floor as I walked past.The fries were nice and hot, and the strawberry milkshake was great.

Nice spot to stop in for a late dinner pick-up or coffee pick-up, especially on a cold evening. We use their curbside service mostly, which makes it convenient not having to get out of the car and get chilled or to yell my order across to the order taker. They seem to always be friendly delivering the food, they must enjoy stepping away from the chaos behind the counter. Overall I am pleased with the ease and simplicity of this service and will keep using it.
