Cuz Septic Service

Jeremy from Cuz Septic Service came out for today’s scheduled inspection/service appointment. Early, friendly, professional, and reasonable.I would recommend Cuz for your septic job.

We recommend Cuz without reservation. They came out quickly, analyzed and explained the issue with our septic system after our septic alarm went off. They performed the repairs, explaining what they were doing all along the way. Most impressive to us, beyond their friendly, knowledgable approach, was that they did NOT try to upsell us with equipment we didn’t need to replace. In fact they were specific about what we did NOT need. They performed the repair that was needed. The price they invoiced seemed very fair and honest to us. This is not always a common ethical business practice we have experienced with other contractors. So we are especially appreciative of this company. Use them without hesitation.

I asked Cuz to come out and replace a septic pump that was getting quite old. Kenny came out on time, explained everything, and was incredibly pleasant to talk to. Work was done fast and correctly. I'll definitely be reaching out to Cuz again in the future for my septic needs.

Needed an annual inspection and had lots of questions about my system (bought the house a year ago). Andrea was terrific! Gave me a detailed explanation as she was digging out the lids, let me peer into the tanks, talked about my pump, and gave me all the information I needed. Very impressed!

Cuz was recommended to us back in 2001 when we purchased our house, now 2022 we have used them every 4 years for service, and the occasional repairs to the pump and replacement of the pump eventually…Greg was just out here last week, as always right on time respectful of the property, for the tanks pumped and inspect, good to go for another 4-5 years! Great experience with Cuz. Our septic tank was alarming and we could only run our pump via manual override. We thought a float had gone out. Well, they came out, diagnosed the issue was that a float was dislodged, and fixed our problem by untangling and re-attaching the floats without trying to upsell anything. They answered all our questions while they were working and were very professional. They even cleaned out our filter while here. We will use them again and highly recommend them to anyone who needs septic system work. An honest company who even did a follow up call to make sure all was still going well after the service!

My experience with Cuz septic pumping was a positive one from the initial phone call to the driver that came out and performed the service - everyone was very polite. Pricing was the most competitive in the area and they were able to schedule it quickly as well. I will be calling them for the next service!
