After 55 years of faithful service my furnace decide to go to furnace hell ( where else would a furnace go ).I gave Iron Eagle a call from a recommendation I had received.Randy came out on a Sunday afternoon to do an appraisal and explained what was going to be done.Monday morning I had an appraisal and phone call from Iron Eagle with a second technician coming to look at the furnace again ( second look was because this was an original furnace in the original house and they just wanted to confirm the work ).I accepted the appraisal and they got to work sourcing a furnace.Thursday morning they started work at 0830 and by 1430 they had cleaned up and I had heat in my house.These guys were amazing, professional and helpful.I would highly recommend Iron Eagle.

Iron Eagle came recommend from another HVAC company in Airdrie. We wanted a radiant garage heater installed. Friendly quick service, installers very professional and quick. Follow up from city inspections quickly dealt with. They stayed on budget and would use again.

1. We hired Iron Eagle Sheet Metal to verify the airflow in our home and by no stretch was that done.2. Iron Eagle Sheet Metal sent an incompetent employee that failed to complete the job he was assigned to do and still tried to charge us full price, $150.

Iron Eagle was a huge support for finding a furnace motor when no one else in Airdrie could find one or was willing to look for one when it failed in the -30 cold snap. The service tech was super helpful in making sure I had the right parts and to make sure that it would work correctly for my furnace.

We started to have some furnace problems during a recent cold snap. As Iron Eagle is the original installer of the furnace I gave them a call. Everything about the experience was first rate. From the woman on the phone, to the guys that showed up at our place promptly, and the work that was completed quickly, everything was excellent. Nobody wants their furnace to break during a cold snap but I cannot imagine a smoother resolution to what could have been a nightmare.

I have had two furnace's replaced for relatives and a recent service call for my own furnace by Iron eagle. This business is given five stars because they deserve it. I highly recommend them for all your furnace needs. They are friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient.

We are doing a new build and I can say enough good things about Iron Eagle and their HVAC team. The workers were always here early and put in full days. Even when we had a problem that wasn’t of their doing, they worked around it and sent the crew back out to accommodate what was needed. We haven’t fired up the new furnaces yet but I just wanted to comment about their strong work ethic and good communications.

We called Iron Eagle out to our house because our furnace was not working in January. The tech came out and did some work configuring our two zone furnace to try and prevent the high limit lockout that was occurring. I was told by the tech that the high limit switch was fine but that the second zone wasn't allowing enough air through which caused the limit to trip. This seemed to work as expected until the weather turned cold again and the limit tripped. I called Iron Eagle regarding the issue and they sent the tech back a second time. I was told that the issue was likely a faulty high limit switch which could have weakened by the high temps from the previous call. This seamed reasonable and I told the tech to go ahead and replace the limit. The tech was at my house for several hours before informing me that, in addition to replacing the limit switch he noticed a large amount of pet hair was clogging the AC coil which was preventing proper airflow, which he removed without informing me of the issue or asking for permission to do so.All of this seemed perfectly reasonable to me as a lay person and I was happy to have the furnace working. I was fully expecting to receive an invoice for the limit switch and the labour to install it but to my surprise, several weeks later, I received an invoice for an addition $300. I reached out to for clarification on the charges as I am now on the hook for almost $600 for the furnace repair with no idea of what actually caused the issue and what work was, or wasn't, required to fix the issue. I was told that they needed to speak with the tech and would get back to me. I received a response that the invoice stands as is, the hair was the issue (they claim the hair was noted on the first invoice, it was not) and that Iron Eagle does not provide furnace/duct cleaning. Which seems odd since that seems to be exactly what I'm paying them for. I asked for additional clarification on if the initial work was required, if the limit switch was indeed bad, and why, if Iron Eagle doesn't do furnace cleaning, did the tech take it upon himself to clean my ac coils without permission to do so. I received a response that any further questions would have to be directed to Randy.I called Randy and left a voice mail which was returned today. Randy refused to clarify why the work wasn't complete during the first visit declaring that since the furnace worked when the tech left obviously the issue was resolved (despite the fact the furnace was working when the tech arrived and only seemed to have issues when the temperature was very low). When I inquired why the tech took it upon himself to clean the ac coils without permission despite Iron Eagle not performing furnace cleaning and was told that the cleaning was necessary and he saw no issue with the fact that I was not consulted before the work was performed. Ultimately I was provided no clarification on what work was required to fix the issue, the invoice stands as is and they will happily send me to collections.I cannot think of any profession where a tech can just do whatever work they deem fit, charge the customer whatever they want, and then tell the customer too bad, if you don't like it we will just send you to collections. I will never use Iron Eagles services again and I honestly hope this review serves as a warning to anyone else considering using their services in the future to look else where. Iron Eagle will happily screw you over the first chance they get knowing that you have no recourse. Please use literally any other company.

We used them for the first time and they were terrific. I usually don't post reviews but they were outstanding. They were recommended by our plumbers, who we have great faith in. They came promptly, communicated well and fixed everything very quickly and competently. They are very fairly priced. Can't recommend them enough. Thanks

Had a AC unit installed. They chose the right unit for us, and installed it in 2 days. After install there was 1 small thing that he had to come back and make right, but overall good experience.
