May 22nd not a bad day out 3:25 power goes out.No reason and not the 1st time. Hydro is very inconsistent in this area for no reason. I would understand if it was bad weather or notice of a crash causing the power to go out, But with no warning or description of the cause it should be well communicated from them to us.Under the delivery charge it should be compensated for the lack of power.

Fast service during evening/after hours. Even though the issues were not hydro related (electrical in my home) a follow phone call the next day by the technician was much appreciated.
