My son and his gf brought me here at Sushi Mori. We were greeted and seated promptly.The ambience is very impressive. They brought the outdoor inside !The place was clean and pleasant at the time of the visit.I ordered the Beef teriyaki bento box.I'm glad it came with spinach ball with peanut sauce instead of traditional lettuce salad.I liked the beef so tender !Over all this bento box is well balanced ,right amount of starch, protein and almost half plate of veggies.I awarded 4stars because the server needed to interact with the customers. She needs to smile more and make a little conversation .

Friendly service, great food and selection at Sushi Mori!Interior decor is nice too with the fake cherry blossoms around the restaurant.I don’t like the packaged soy sauce though, such a waste of packaging.

Food was pretty good and portions are big. Came here for lunch on a Saturday and it wasn't very busy yet service was slow and lacking.Ordered 3 lunch sets- one of them being a kids Bento. It would have been nice if that one came out first as children have less patience.Servers were not overly friendly. One of them looked like she didn't really want to be there. My biggest annoyance is the fact that one of the workers (seems to be the manager as she was on her laptop at the restaurant) had to use the wheelchair friendly washroom instead of the regular women's one. The wheelchair friendly one had the kids change table. My baby had a diaper blowout and was very upset but we had to wait for her to come out. No apologies after she came out. The women's washroom was not occupied and like I said the restaurant was not busy. Maybe just 4 tablesAlso the floors were incredibly slippery

Our first time here. Had heard good things. We were excited when we walked in as it looked like a very nice restaurant. Food was good, the rice wasn't the best, but the fish quality and meat quality made up for it.The service however, was not good. We were greeted and seated promptly. But waited and waited for water or tea. After ordering and waiting upwards of 20 minutes we had to flag someone down to ask for liquid.Would give them a second chance at lunchtime instead of night.

Haven't been here in a few years and... It seems that I have been missing out.Saturday night, the restaurant was full (made sense), I only waited a few minutes before being seated.Great atmosphere, and I really liked the design. The only thing I didn't like was the flies, which is funny because I saw them zap" a few flies with the electric paddle.Everything that I ordered tasted delicious! From the light battered and deep fried tempuras to the fresh sashimi. Lovely flavors from the salmon. Chicken Yakiudon was good but not great. (Needed more sauce)**The best in terms of flavor for me was actually the salad with the red beet

Tuna Takaki was the only good dish we got (3/5). Mango garden roll was okay only (2/5). Squash Salad was subpar (0/5) as the sauce tasted like spite and the beets did not compliment the dish. The sashimi salad was okay (2/5) until we noticed a small CATERPILLAR crawling on the side of the dish within 5 minutes of consuming the salad. I lost my appetite after that! Nice interior, decent service, and extensive menu but food was extremely underwhelming. Disappointed about our first experience at this location.

This is our usual date night spot. Great selection, nice staff, love the sakura (cherry blossom) decor. Try the brie cheese karaage, very unique
