My family and I including 2 toddlers, my wife, a dog and cat were travelling from Ontario to Alberta to relocate our lives. We own a 2020 Tundra with only 55,000km. A loud squealing sound started to come from the front end of the truck, around the serpentine belt (fundamental component of the vehicle). We pulled into this dealer on April 20th around 11:45am simply to see if the vehicle is road worthy to cross the prairies, as I'm no expert and not willing to take a risk with my family. The service rep was abrupt, rude and wouldn't even step outside to listen to the noise to help advise us if this is a major concern, or a common occurrence. We were simply looking for advice on whether to proceed or take the vehicle off the road and completely change all our plans. All we received was we're booking over 2 weeks out there's lots of shops in town". It's a $70

I purchased a 2022 TRD Pro and I have had nothing but excellent service. Morgan was awesome to deal with as this was my second vehicle I purchased from her. The service and parts department were extremely helpful. I purchased winter tires on recommendation from Josh and they got me in right away to get them on. Would recommend them!

The work is done quickly and professionally ensuring that everything is done correctly, we have never had to go back for any issue, or a new issue associated with an old one.
