I'm in the UK and wanted to treat my friend and godmother to my sons, I used this florist and eventually opted for the hand tied bouquet because I couldn't decide! You just have to remember that Canada add tax at the checkout lol anyway, she was over the moon, the flowers were beautiful, and the card was handwritten which was a nice touch, lovely handwriting too. I'll be using you again :) thank you.

I went to pick up a couple of roses to celebrate a late friends birthday. I do it every year. She would have been 98 today. I was her Caregiver/Companion for four and half years. This my way of remembering and honoring her.

Very disappointed in customer service - placed an online order for delivery - checked out and paid online and then noticed a few days later, an additional $15 delivery fee that we were not aware of. When I contacted the store to inquire about the additional charge, I was disappointed in the response. Would prefer to know total cost when paying and not find out extra fees when viewing credit card bill. The total cost was $90 and the flowers delivered were very underwhelming and not what I expected from the online order photos.

I ordered an arrangement the day before and it was lovely, instructions followed and prompt. After a few nightmares dealing with the large delivery companies, I recommend dealing direct and local with this business.

Purchased two small arrangements of yellow tulips for Mother’s Day, taxes in the cost was $90.00. They were nice but I went to a couple other places and purchased more tulips for my wife, they were just as nice and less than half the price. Too expensive for what this place offers you and you would think working out of your home the price wouldn’t be so dear. Wow, took me 10 minutes lifting my mother off the floor after I told her the price. This was my first time purchasing from Orillia Square Florist and safe to say the last. Cheers

Ordered these to be delivered next week but they arrived today. Flowers in the picture online have been subbed out for cheaper more common flowers. So much for a Thanksgiving surprise. Won't order from this company again.Edit: So they did send a bouquet on the actual order date and an apology for messing up. For that reason I did move my 2 stars to 3 stars. I did appreciate that they acknowledged their error. I would give 3 1/2 stars if I could but still won't be ordering with them again.

i ordered the Jolly Candy Cane Bouquet" yesterday from Kirk. Cost $129.93 after taxes and delivery. i received a picture from the client who received the bouquet from Orillia Square Florist and it wasn't at all what i ordered. it barely had 10 to 12 flowers in it
