Was in a hurry this morning and a sandwich was what I needed to start my day. La prep Made an Avocado BLT and it was sooo good.

Good food, good coffee. Not great, but good. Healthy options, but nothing really low carb.It's like a mix of Tim Hortons and Starbucks. Right in the middle. Prices better than Starbucks, but food is more healthy than Timmies.Has a make you're own coffee station with more interesting flavours and options.

It is a good spot to have a coffee or to eat for lunch. I like the paninis they make. My favourite one is the salmon one. They also offer some pastry and muffins. The stuff is friendly and the store seems very clean. My only complaint is with the prices. Although, the food is really good and fresh the price I find it a bit too high. I think I would have been of a regular costumer if the price would reflect better the portion size. Nevertheless, it is worthy the try.

I really like the salad, sandwich and latte. The staffs are very friendly, and they are always smiling. This is so nice and I feel comfortable to have lunch inside

Horrible Ham and Swiss sandwich. Bread was soggy, Swiss on only half the sandwich and the lettuce was old, wilted and brown.
