Making 2 simple drinks incorrectly and then making a drive thru customer in a hurry go sit in the parking lot while you help other customers isn't good service.Taking 5 minutes to do a simple refund when customer doesn't want to wait for you to help others and THEN have their drinks be remade isn't good service.Having a random generic BS response to a US only website link, or a wait on hold forever" phone line ISN'T GOOD SERVICE.Tim's is trash. This one is the worst on the south island."

I've only been to this Tim's once as I live in Victoria. I can give three stars cause the service was quick and my mocha latte was delicious, but what is this on the sausage in my wrap?! Don't your employees ever look at your food before serving it to check for quality?! I don't know if this is mould or what, but I could not eat it. Please pay attention to the quality of your food. Cause this was gross.

Worst ice coffee ever, ten minutes later all the ice ( not enough) was gone because coffee was so warm. Caramel in one, I doubt it.

I always have a terrible experience at this location. However, today annoyed me so much that I need to post a public review about it.I went through the drive through and ordered 2 toasted & buttered croissants. Not a difficult order IMO, something that I have ordered many many times in the last 20+ years. The drive through voice informed me that they could not toast my croissants. I pressed them to find out why I can't have them toasted anymore, they said that they get stuck in the toaster and catch fire... They said that they could microwave them instead. I conceded even though a microwaved croissant is not really what I wanted.They then informed me that they could not butter them for me either but they could give me butter on the side. I stood my ground on this point, asking them to butter it for me as I do not want to be cutting and buttering a croissant in my car, they already leave enough crumbs and this is something that should be able to be done with no issues. They have knives and butter. They agreed and sent me to the window.I received my order with butter on the side....Arrrggg..... I again asked them to butter them for me. I was told they could not. I told them that I was not going to cut and butter them in my car and they need to do it for me. Reluctantly she took it back and asked me to drive to the front and wait, they would bring it out to me.I waited in front for more then 5 mins for them to butter 2 croissants, by which point they were cold again....

Drive through. Simple...two black iced coffee with sweeter...lady asked you want cream". No cream....Get iced coffee with cream. Told them...no cream. They asked us to pull out front. So they can te make two...iced coffee... Not waiting.Have had nothing but issues with this and every time Hortons I've been to.Save yourself the headache and make coffee at home. Or go elsewhere"

We had ordered a simple request. Bacon farmers wrap -add cream cheese and a cheese croissant toasted with half butter. The worker said they cannot do that to my croissant. Every other tim hortons does it. They also made us wait for 8 mins to get our food. Mind you this is 6:30 am. Got our food. The wrap was sausage and not bacon with no cream cheese. Pretty disappointing.

3.5 Nice. New. Fresh. Bright. Clean good service. I like the red stools and the subway tiles walls. They were making something fresh (which is good) but it was sooo loud it sounded like they were mixing concrete. Kinda killed the realization. Electric charging station.
