The bathroom stalls DO NOT have an occupied/unoccupied sign. Both my wife an I have had a person walk in the bathroom when the door was locked. The bathroom doors do not lock properly. Very unsettling and embarrassing. It happened to her several months ago. It happened to me yesterday.

You all close at 6:00 PM, however, you put up a sign stating your closed for the day. How ignorant. All your answering machines say the same thing, no one answers, I have a requisition form my doctor is waiting for, you can't even he bothered to let us in for 10 minutes at 5:43 PM. Maybe let patients in until 5 minutes to close, so you won't receive ratings like this. Not to mention you guys can't seem to understand to keep your labs open for people who work regular hours until you close.

Great staff but there are signs here that state to please wear a mask and the place was packed first thing when opened up and 1/2 people here weren't wearing masks and staff never mentioned once to anyone about wearing a mask or even provide one to customers to wear, your website states for people to wear masks inside your business but yet no one does and not enforced either

Don't waste your time heading to this location after office hours as they have cut off. I experinced it many times. Other locations are open until 6pm as stated. Many people are complaining about this set up.

Went this morning and 4 people were in without masks and staff said nothing and let them in. One sat beside me and I had to move.. and told him he was supposed to be wearing a mask

My go to location...location is super easy to access and parking is ample.Staff here have been really sweet, even making sure I was quickly taken to a room with a bed to lay down when I started feeling like I was going to faint qhen pregnant, very understanding during somewhat of an embarrassing situation.Facility itself is nice and clean.:)
