As someone who is deathly afraid of getting dental work done, I couldn't ask for a better place to get it done. I was blown away by the professionalism and friendliness. I myself had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Choriatis and he was amazing, although I have no doubt that the rest of the staff are equally professional and friendly. I know that if I ever need dental work done again, I will be back.

I've always received great service here. The dentist I saw yesterday was very calm and relaxed, which, in turn, calmed me down. All my questions were answered. I highly recommend this place, especially if you have a fear of dentists!

Reception and billing are a flock of Karens, extremely rude and condescending at every interaction and opportunity. Why do you work there if you hate your job and people so much? I would rather pull my own teeth than go back there. And for an office pulling in millions of $/year in revenue, go ahead and splurge to get modern software that allows you to bill 2 different insurance companies. Every other dental office has this, and saying it's not worth it because every patient is one time only" is a huge mistake...Because others like me will be sure to send friends and family elsewhere."

Great and professional people amazing place, friendly staff. I had one of my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Harry Choriatis, Will definitely recommend him to everyone. He explained everything at the beginning of the procedure absolutely impressed with his professionalism and genuine kindness. I asked my dentist to referre me to here because I had similar amazing experience last year when I had to bring my daughter to have her tooth extracted, I highly recommend Dental Services Group, they are the best in Edmonton.

I have dental anxiety and that is the reason why I chose to go to Dental Services Group. I was quoted approx. $5,500 to get all my dental work done at one time, and the quote mentioned a root canal that was going to be done. When I woke up from the anesthetic, I heard one of the assistants tell my husband that I may need another root canal. So, within the first week, I had a sore tooth and I still do. I called in to their office and I was told that they put a large filling in the tooth rather than doing a root canal. That it may take 6 weeks for my tooth to settle down and for the tooth pain to subside. I then asked them that if I had to go back to them for a root canal, how much would it cost? It was $5,000!!!! and to pull it out would be $2,500 ish.I maxed out all my dental benefits for the year in order to get all the work done to begin with. And, I had to pay a lot out of pocket as well.In my opinion, I feel that they just put a large filling on the tooth, possibly knowing that it wasn't the right fix. That way I'd have to go back and spend more money.I'm in pain, I'm frustrated and I'm not happy. I guess I just have to get used to the pain because I have no other options at this point.
