I don't think what I sent before went through so I will try again. Ryan is an excellent salesman. When I was looking for a vehicle, I needed to know if it was easy to get into. He quickly went out and took a video of him getting into it. He makes getting a car an easy process. Congratulations on your promotion.

Sold my girlfriend a used Jetta. They told her when she bought the car everything was original. The windshield detached from the front car and she brought it in for repair. She discovered the windshield was not original. She was still under warranty however, but they declined to pay for the windshield repair cause it was an after market windshield. Even though they sold the car to her and stated it was original. They said they would contact her back but it's been months and they never called back. Terrible customer service and had contacted them several times with no follow up. Do not buy a used car from them

If you like being a lifetime valued customer, this is the best place to get a car. These people really make sure you’re well taken care of in every way. I always get greeted by a lot of people (even ones who are not directly doing any work for me on that day) whenever I’m in.If I have any problem with my car and call in they’ll always make sure I get helped as soon as possible. For example, if it’s Monday and they don’t have an appointment til Wednesday, but I’m off on Tuesdays, I’ll say any chance I can come in tomorrow? And they get me in anyway. They’re the best!Also our headlights on our 2009 were not looking too bright, and they fixed that! Highly recommend asking about the headlight cleaning on older cars.

If you're inexperienced, they'll sell you a used car with major issues, at the highest price, and try and load on as much unneccesarry costs/charges as possible. Shame on them.

The worst customer service in Charlottetown. Brought my car to get breaks done when car was still under warranty and they said they are fine, literally 2 weeks later when warranty expired they called me and said breaks needs to be done. Went to dealership and told them that I brought car literally 2 weeks ago and they said they don’t need to be fixed, they checked around and realized that they need to pay for it and called me back and said breaks are fine again. Guy at the front desk completely ignored me for like 15 minutes. He looks like he isn’t happy working there and wouldn’t provide any customer service at all l. Worst dealership in Charlottetown. Never dealing with them again.
