Really where do I begin! Every single staff member in both facilities is amazing. They go above and beyond each and every visit. I came to Lucerne for rosacea treatments and also addresses my very sunken under eyes. I have done 5 IPL treatments for my redness and it has changed my life. I no longer want to hide, I know with confidence that my face will stay cool as a cucumber!! Also, I am of European descent and have the “sunken eyes” Holly and Tracy are beyond amazing. Each have their own special technique and each make sure that you are 100% happy with the results. If you want to feel safe and well taken care of this is the place to go. 100% recommend to anyone!

I was really worried about getting my first treatment. I researched for months various clinics in the area and even considered travelling because adjustments to your face are not something to take lightly. Crystal was my treatment provider and she went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and relaxed. You can tell she takes pride in her work and I would recommend her to anyone looking. My results are better than I could have imagined and I am really happy I followed her guidance. The whole team is also very pleasant and welcoming. I would highly recommend going in even to just see what is possible. This team will take very good care of you.

Dr T is always learning and is at the forefront of dermatological knowledge. He has an amazing bedside manner and really listens and cares and it shows. Everyone is doing it, so I decided to jump on board. And I’m glad I did, Botox is great. My forehead is smooth. Tracey did my treatment, and she is such a gem- very professional, she made me feel comfortable, easy to trust with needles in my face.

Crystal is always so friendly and welcoming! She answers all of my questions and makes me feel extremely comfortable throughout the procedure. My lips have never looked better and she listened to my goals and has kept them in mind throughout my filler appointments.
