Max was awesome! He took apart our shelf so that he could fix our washing machine. He then came back the same day once he got the part he needed, because he had time before his next job, instead of making us wait to finish the repair until the next day. Highly recommend!

My neighbour recommended Max when my usual supplier had a 3 day lead time for an appointment to take a look at my broken fridge. Appliance Repair Express had a technician out within 3 hours. Quick diagnosis, detailed quote and explanation and back the next day for a full repair. Superb service from a knowledgeable and professional person. Thanks Max!

I had a technician come in mid Feb to replace a part. After the repair, the washer started making extremely loud noises whenever it spun. This washer is in a home that is not my primary residence so I didn't get around to using it until late March. I tried to contact the manager but she is always unavailable and I did not hear from her despite several promises of a callback.I finally got in touch with the manager today (late April) and I explained that I suspected the issue might be caused by the installation as I've never heard such noises from the washer until after the repair. I requested for the service to be covered under warranty if it was determined that the issue is indeed caused by a mistake during the installation and offered to pay 100% for the inspection and additional repair if it was not. The manager insisted that it is impossible for there to be an issue with the installation and that I pay for a new service because it was outside of their 30 day warranty.I understand that I was out of the 30 day warranty but I am unhappy with the poor customer service. If you use their service, take note that they are very strict on their warranty period.

Quite honestly, and without exaggeration, this was one of the BEST repair experiences I have ever had. Truly, no one in a busy household wants their dryer to break down. Luckily, I found Appliance repair express online by chance, and took a chance.When I called - they said they could send someone THE SAME DAY: that's something I've never experienced before even when I called a friend. THEN, not only was Max (awesome guy) completely on time during the 2 - 4 window (which I also rarely experience), he was ready and prepared to fix my dyer. In at 2:30pm, out by 4:00pm - and my dryer works. They basically put the diagnosis fee into the service fee if they end up repairing and give you fair market rate on the part.Get it done quickly and make it work well: that's really all anyone asks for when needing a crucial appliance fixed. Dishwasher not draining and was leaking. Max was able to come by the next day and sort it out. Very nice individual and friendly. Called me ahead of my appointment asking if he can come earlier. Great communication, polite, and professional.Was patient in explaining the problem to me and even going over how he did the diagnostic. No pressure to do the repair or just diagnosis. Would highly recommend!

Max did an excellent job with our repair! We called them yesterday and less than 24 hours later our dishwasher issue was resolved! Highly recommend

Appliance Express was able to schedule my repair for next day service. My technician was Alex. He was prompt, friendly and very informative. He explained the problem and had the parts necessary to repair my washing machine with him. I would highly recommend him for quality, affordable appliance repair.

Called then to fix a broken door switch on my electric dryer. They came the next day the next day. Instead, they cut the wires off the switch and spliced the ends together, fine I guess but it negates the the purpose of the safety switch.Tried my dryer the next day only to find the timer and the heating element no longer works. Called them to see if they would come and fix it, as both the timer and heater worked before the door switch broke. As it was a Saturday they said they would call me back on Monday. They didn't. I called again a week later, again they said they would call me back after they talked to the tech. Again they didn't call back.On top of that, when I called them back to find out what was going on they had incorrect notes in the case file, and even when I tried to explain what was actually wrong the rep didn't care and rushed through to get me off the phone.Will not use them again for anything.

Scheduled for a diagnostic, Alex the technician came over and proceeded to open up my oven and work on it, he struggled to get it to work properly and oven was still not working when he charged me over 300 dollars for the repair. I expressed to Alex that I was not comfortable paying when the oven was still broken. He told me to wait a few hours and oven will reset and work.After a full 24 hours oven remained the same and I called them back and Alex contacted me saying there are more parts to be replaced.After a full week I chased him down for a update and he said parts will cost another 250 dollars.So I called the company back and asked to talk to the manager, her name is Michelle btw. I called everyday for a week, kept on getting answers like she’s not available and will call back. I was able to get an email address one of the calls and emailed Michelle as well. No response from her as of this point.So Alex came in did not give me a quote and proceeded to do whatever he was doing, charged me for it and left without a working oven. Asked for more money for parts after I had to chase him down for update. I called the company for a week straight, wrote an email and still couldn’t get manager to talk or write to me.
