Very clean and modern RI. Looks brand new even though it opened 9 yrs ago. Rooms are spacious and clean and in good condition.It's not really close to any big corporations or hospital or even the airport so a bit surprised they decided to build an RI here though Ottawa is not that big in terms of land size.Breakfast was included and good for a free breakfast. They offer ice coffee for breakfast as well which is nice. Seating area is limited so make sure you come down early and avoid the prime breakfast time.

Attended a meeting at this hotel. Nice rooms, great location, easy to get to. However, it would be nice if the hotel would turn on the AC in the meeting rooms during the first heatwave of the summer season. Very hot and uncomfortable in there by the time we were two hours into our meeting.

2023 May 3.5★Clean rooms with all the kitchen necessities, a fridge, full bath, comfortable beds. Large lounge area, two televisions. A desk for working late.Overall not bad. Though it's not sound proof. You can hear upstairs when they flush or drop items. You can hear the traffic outside from the streets.It feels like a condo.Location is convenient. Surface parking is limited.Property features:Breakfast that is included.Swimming pool, though small.Exercise room.Conference rooms.

The breakfast was fantastic. The service was friendly and attentive. The shuttle service was quick and extremely convenient. Going for an early morning swim to start my day was perfect. Very clean. Excellent stay, thank you!The room was wonderful. It made me wish I was staying longer to fully enjoy the comfort and the cute ittle kitchen! Lots of USB outlets and power outlets for charging your stuff.

Excellent hotel. Rooms are spacious, and had all the necessities. Clean hotel and room. Super friendly staff. Breakfast is decent...better than most hotels but still not great. Overall would definitely recommend and stay again

The staff here go out of there way to make sure you enter and leave with a smile. Nice easy buffet breakfast included. Nice patio for groups to hang and have a BBQ. Rooms are nice and clean with a variety of sizes and joining rooms to accommodate many different groups or families. There is. Pool and exercise room. Although we had a short stay and didn't see everything I am going to guess there are other amenities to also cater to business and not just recreation.

The reception staff was in training, she made a mistake and assigned us different room . We went to the wrong room and we had to go back to the reception to make the correction. It's not nice coming from very long distance and received by training staff to give you wrong room number and you have to carry your luggage back and forth to the reception area. I hope management put the right staff at the reception desk.The room we got was very clean, spacious and has all amenities. Very quiet to sleep after long day with very comfortable beds and clean bathroom.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. We were a u14 volleyball team on town for the canadian championship. Breakfast is the best we have had in hotels such as this one. The hotel, the staff, the amenities, laundry, everything was beyond expectations! Thank you for a great stay.

The front desk staff was fabulous and the breakfast was really good. The coffee could be better though. It is same coffee at all Marriott hotels and could be improved
