Andrew was wonderful to deal with. I thought my computer was likely beyond repair but he managed to identify the problem, source a difficult to find part and do the repair. It was an easy and pleasant experience start to finish. He kept me informed throughout and it cost less then I thought it might. I'm very happy to have found Andrew and to have my computer back!

Andrew was amazing to work with!!! The service was beyond what I've ever expected! I couldnt be happier! I've dislocated my knee and he was able to pick up and drop off my laptop for me. Very kind. The results were perfect and he stayed in contact with me during the whole process for updates etc.Highly recommended and a pleasure to work with! If you're SOL with your computer- this is the company to go with thank you very much!! :)

Andrew’s help in removing a virus was greatly appreciated. He answered my call promptly on a Sunday evening and was able to fix the computer quickly for a very reasonable price. Will definitely use his services again!

Toasted my laptop with an entire mug of coffee, Andrew not only was able to fix it without losing any of my data, he was also fast, and honest!He updated me almost daily on delivery of parts, work to be done, complete with pictures and worries. And all said and done his final price ended up being 30% under his initial quote!Would highly recommend for any of your computer problems.

I recently became victim of fraud and called Andrew to see if he could look into a particular application. He not only told me what I could download for free to do a scan of my computer, he also looked up the application and got back to me. And this is all through my desperate inquiry via phone call! I will be more than happy to solicit his services for legitimate computer issues in the future - if he can look after me that well through a random phone call, I can only imagine the exceptional treatment for his computer services!

Andrew did a fantastic and competent repair to my daughter's computer. Due to a missing recovery partition, Andrew made all the necessary and timely calls to Dell and Microsoft to get everything squared away. Thanks Andrew as you probably lost money on this repair due to the additional time required. I will definitely call you again when I need computer repairs, etc.

Very pleased with Andrew’s expertise, professionalism and responsiveness. My hard drive crashed and thought my laptop was beyond repair, however Andrew identified an effective, low cost solution. I received timely updates throughout the entire process. Andrew was able to retrieve all my files and photos, of which I thought for sure would be unrecoverable. I highly recommend Andrew and will definitely call on him again.
