Used them for three years but this year 2021-2022. Terrible service. Had 15-20 cm of snow two days ago and they won’t come to plough my driveway. No response neither.So far we have had four snow falls. Two at 5 cm and they didn’t show up Since it wasn’t over 5cm and other one 7 cm and took them twoDays and they showed up but didn’t do anything and this time two days ago with 15-20Cm and they didn’t bother showing up.They keep taking money out of my bank account but don’t do the job.I

so disappointed and canceled after 6 years!!!always damaged my garden when cutting the grass! terrible customer service and the lady answers the phone is very aggressive! had to call my bank to recover unauthorized charges!

So far very professional and quick to remove snow for my mom's place. They send out emails about when they will head over to plow snow. I gave 4 stars for now as we have had only one snowfall so far. After the season is done I will give another review.

Thank you so much for showing up when you said you would and the amazing spring clean up! My yard hasn't looked this good before. I told my neighbour and she has booked her lawn cutting also. Looking forward to a summer of relaxing now that I hired The Gardener

These guys are consistent, reliable and work very hard. My lawn looks phenomenal and Graham always follows up with any extra things I need done. I am looking forward to another season of reliable and quick snow removal as well. You guys are awesome. Thanks for coming out last year for that last horrible storm!

I believe a company is only as good as their staff. Jeff Barfoot, did our front patio stones and gave us this BS warranty and not even a month and the stones were wobbly and coming up!! I have messaged, and called and even Facebook him as that's how he preferred messages and no rectification!!! I want my money back or this issue resolved!!
